DeLeon 'Leon' Rich
Leon, a seasoned U.S. Army veteran, has extensively served in various leadership, mentoring, and advisory capacities. His notable contributions include leading helicopter aviation operations across Europe supporting the President of the United States, global leaders, military and civilian organization heads, and U.S. Congress members. Throughout his military career, Leon progressed through the ranks from a non-commissioned officer to chief warrant officer and officer. His expertise spans logistics, transportation, armor (as an M1 Abrams crew member), and aviation, notably as a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter pilot. He concluded his active-duty service in 2019, after more than 23 years.
Transitioning from the military, Leon took on the role of lead Sales & Business Development manager at a German firm, then moved into freelance consulting. Since 2019, he has played a pivotal role in government projects worth over $4 Billion, supporting entities like the U.S. military, the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA), the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and defense departments of Canada, Denmark, and Germany, among others.
Leon founded Rich Global Solutions GmbH to offer top-tier operations and consulting services to international defense and government sectors. With 17 years spent abroad, his work has spanned all 32 NATO member states, the Middle East, and beyond, fostering partnerships with civil, military, and government bodies.
He is a founding member of Black Professional Europe (BPE). Additionally, he was a board member of the Small Business Association for International Companies (SBAIC) serving as Co-Chair, Strategic Events and Fundraising Committee, and the former Chair of the Regional Surface Committee for the National Defense Transportation Association (NDTA) Europe & Africa Region. Through these roles, Leon champions the integration of small businesses in global assistance programs and fosters partnerships to enhance diversity, peace, readiness, and economic efficiency in times of both peace and crisis.

Agnieszka 'Agnes' Rich
Agnes is a hands-on data driven and agile leader with extensive training, knowledge, and a subject matter expert in international customer experience, stakeholder management, and operations management with experience working with customers from over 15 countries and four continents. She brings invaluable experience to RGS having worked for for large, complex, and operationally diverse entities such as, U.S. Department of Defense, SGS Institut Fresenius, Amazon (Poland), and Amazon (Germany).
In her last role, she performed as Global Operations Manager for Amazon Business, managing international and cross-cultural personnel, and provided Amazon business customer escalation resolution and operations across six continents. Prior to that, she lead the Executive Customer Relations Service in Amazon Business for Europe and the Asia–Pacific (APAC) handling large international businesses as the corporation’s executive leadership interface between global business customers, managing senior level and high visibility inquiries and sales managed by Amazon Business. She played a critical role as one of a few members selected to establish Amazon's first-ever customer service operations in Poland in 2022 and in Mexico in 2024.
Her ability to adapt to any situation, quickly learn, and consistently focus on remaining at the forefront of rapidly evolving processes and technology allows her to drive enterprise-wide innovation.
